Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order.
Orders to P.O. boxes or (APO/FPO military addresses, and outside the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories) will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Orders to Canada will be shipped by US Airmail or UPS Standard. We will not be held responsible for any Customs duties.
NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable except when your order has been a mistake on our part. Customers who received free shipping will be charged shipping cost for initial shipping when their order is returned as a refund. See our "Returns" page for more details.
